Free Worldwide Shipping 🌍
We offer FREE shipping on all orders, to every country we ship to.

Processing Time
Every Sneakerhead Advent Calendar is packed and checked by hand by our own team. Orders are processed within [1–3] business days after purchase. You'll receive an email confirmation as soon as your order is placed.

Delivery Time
Due to high demand, delivery currently takes 15–30 business days depending on your location. We'll keep you updated by email at every step, from processing to shipping to delivery.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package all the way to your door. Please note tracking can take a few days to update after shipping.

Holiday Season Notice 🎄
Because of high demand and busy holiday carrier schedules, we strongly recommend ordering as early as possible so your calendar arrives before December 1st.

Customs & Import Fees
International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes set by your country. These fees are not included in the order price and are the customer's responsibility.

Wrong or Incomplete Address
Please double check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us right away. We can update it as long as your order hasn't shipped yet. We're not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package hasn't arrived after 30 business days, or your tracking hasn't updated in a while, contact us and we'll look into it for you.
